Starting Windows
The device drivers are all loaded from "Starting Windows." Try operating in safe mode. To rule out the network drivers, try safe mode with networking if it boots up. You should be able to find the correct driver using the system log.
A user can launch a different window in Windows by using the Start command line option. The moment a computer boots up for the first time or runs a software application is also referred to as "startup."
